1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing EpicLen services, you agree to these technical standards. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EpicLen AI Engineering Studio. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services, infrastructure, or intellectual property.
2. Services
We provide AI engineering, software development, and data platform services. Our scope includes but is not limited to:
- LLM Fine-Tuning
- MLOps Infrastructure
- Custom Neural Architectures
- Distributed Data Pipelines
3. Intellectual Property
All code, models, and architectures developed by EpicLen remain our property unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work (SOW). Background IP developed prior to or independently of the partnership remains the sole property of the originating party. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for deliverables upon full payment of all related fees.
4. Payments
Net-30 terms apply to all engineering milestones. Invoices are generated upon the successful completion of technical gates as defined in the project roadmap. Late payments may result in the suspension of active engineering sprints and cloud infrastructure access.
5. Limitation of Liability
EpicLen's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service phase. We do not guarantee specific model performance metrics in production environments due to the inherent stochastic nature of AI systems. Users assume all risk for production deployment and compliance within their respective jurisdictions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding engineering hours will be billed immediately. EpicLen will provide a structured hand-over of all licensed IP and documentation within the notice period.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect evolving engineering standards, regulatory changes, or service expansions. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified framework.
